The importance of leaflets is clear to everyone - they still work. However, what is the purpose of distribution auditing? It is not just about the checking of operator's commitment – there is no purpose to find errors to demand a refund penalty. Undoubtedly, the main aim of distribution auditing is to ensure a higher quality of leaflet delivery. Leaflet distribution is not based on mere trust because the operator intentionally places great emphasis on the leaflets which are checked. This higher quality brings not only a competitive advantage, but also a higher profit which exceeds the costs of regular checking activities.

We have been wishing all the New Year wishes to all supporters, contractors and simply to all people without any differences on this place for over 10 years. This year we would also like to wish the leaflets, whose importance surely is not declining, to successfully achieve their goal - customers` post boxes. Prospea news 1

We are releasing the first issue of our circular Prospea news for our network both in Czech and Slovakia, a network that comprises of well over 250 specialist co-workers. The purpose of this circular is to improve communication, passing on new information and raising expertise. Also, the circular is to reinforce feedback and gain impulses for development and innovation. First responses already showed us that it had been a step in the right direction. What we believe in

Since the beginning of time people had the tendency to rely on help from above. But we are not the Romans to offer sacrifice e.g. to Mercury or Eurus; we are not the Celts to call upon Taranis or Teutates; we do not bow down to any other gods and we do not go to church. The only thing we believe in is our work awarded by interest and trust from our clients. They are the ones we offer our sacrifice to in the form of full effort, diligent work and transparency. It is worth it. We are approaching the 9th year of our existence and we keep experiencing linear growth. Although we can’t rule out divine favour, the trust of our clients is clearly verifiable. Celebrate with us!
School, here we go again...

Today marks the day the summer holidays are over and another school year begins. Not only for children and youth but for us as well. We also keep learning, keep gaining new experience both good and bad and we keep being tested on skills and knowledge. We are in the “last grade of elementary school” and so an imaginary decision awaits us in spring to know what direction we are going to take next. There is still so much to learn and we do want to learn. We want to keep going ahead and remain the top students…

Dear competition, some of the distributors’ representatives, dear Míša… We understand the need to keep the precious balance in our strongly diversified universe and that it is useless to disturb that by trying to change your attitudes, opinions or personalities. Just as it is useless to wait for the oak leaves to fall (I mean the sessile oak) it is useless to expect you to change. It just won’t happen and that’s okay. The market needs you to distinguish between what is good, what is bad, who speaks the truth and who only lies. We fully admit the need for your existence and we truly appreciate your actions. Even yin needs a yang. Peace to you all.
Under the Lid

What’s cooking in our kitchen? What new things can be served to the market? It’s all specials designed for foodies. Who are they? First and foremost they are clients who have an enormous interest in the efficacy of their leaflets because they understand their point. They have an interest not only in inspections but much more. How can they help their leaflets – and ultimately their company – reach better results and savings and separate from the indulgence with which others sign contracts without a care as to where, how many and how their leaflets are distributed. The market knows about our specials. Many enjoy them, others believe rumors about their harmfulness or hearsay that we have rats running in our kitchen. It is up to them. In our company, we have no lack of guests…
2015

So we made it into another year amidst tons of various wishes, mainly wishes for good luck and health…Sure. Health and luck are necessary. No doubt about that. But what can we wish for our business? We wish successful deliveries of their leaflets by operators to contractors and feedback in the form of customers’ interest, an end of mutual nonsensical price undermining to operators, a turn for the better in price development and an overall better perception of the whole process of delivery and the significance of unaddressed mail distribution. If leaflets are to work, a mutual trust is needed. And that is missing…
About the audit

The number of mailboxes figuring in distribution plans is far from accurate. Eventhough in some places there is need of more boxes (due to unaccounted new buildings) much more often we find overvalued locations for which the leaflets are printed unnecessarily – there are no mailboxes for their distribution ... There are clients who already know the truth, because their interest and liberality led them to request an audit of the number of mailboxes in selected locations, which we perforemed according to their wish. Now they are working together with the operators to clarify the numbers as soon as possible. And what about the others? They remain, sorry to mention it, a cash cow ...
At all costs

Those who think that buying a suspiciously cheap service will save them money are usually later disappointed. The leaflet distribution quality usually reflects the amount of saved finances. But that is the problem of contracting authorities and operators. The problem of inspection agencies is that some of the less successful ones keep trying to undercut prices in order to keep in with the authorities. Their representatives know very well that with the price offered they will not be able to provide a good controller, supervision and functioning system, ie. quality inspection precisely mapping the state. But the whole point is elsewhere. While a bad distribution service gets around at least a part of the leaflets, of poor quality inspection is completely useless, because it has nothing to do with reality.
The best gift

Our company entered into the eighth year of its existence. To celebrate the 7th birthday we got, among other things, the best gift from our clients - trust in us and in our services. We won the tender for Ahold again and we got a contract from IKEA, another chainstore chose us as a partner after bulk testing of various companies for the implementation and optimization of surveys, regular clients reject bids from competitors – they trust the quality of our services, and so on. Can we ask for a better gift for our company than satisfaction, trust and interest? Certainly not. Thank you!
Let‘s be realistic

Sometimes it happens that a contractor changes service providers. So it was, is and will be. Realisticaly and logicaly minded executive of a company which loses a contract should reflect on how he disappointed the contractor, what mistakes did he make, how to perfect his services in order to reverse the trend and make his company more atractive to clients. However, in the case when he lacks logic and a sense of reality, he instead completely and pointlessly focuses on gossip, stalking practices and complains about everyone and everything. Unnecessarily. Contractors appreciate transparency and commitment to service quality, not whining and lies.
All for one...

Whatever the range of chainstores using leaflets as a marketing tool may be, they all share common problems with leaflet distribution. Some of them have no will to deal with them at all, some try to solve them their own way, while the most enlightened ones have realized the benefits of common advance. Why not share together the experiences associated with leaflet distribution? Why not debate together over its effectiveness and ways to best accomplish this? We are pleased by the common interest of our clients who understand this opportunity and use it for the benefit of their companies. More heads know more, more data shows more information and a common pull on the same rope moves things forward faster...
Somewhere bug

Although I live in the middle of the most populous housing estate in Prague, which falls within x distribution plans of different chainstores, i havent been getting any leaflets for a few months now. No, the house entrance is not inaccessible ( becauses insurance agents and visitors easily get into the house), but something is obviously wrong. Previously, I politely pointed out this fact to representatives of individual distribution companies, but today I just shrug my shoulders. At least I have a deserved feeling that we are really needed ...
Never explain...

"Do not explain anything to anyone. Friends do not need it, enemies will not believe it anyway. "Says a wise proverb which we have adopted as our own. Like everywhere else in the world, also the unaddressed distribution market carries a plethora of different rumors, lies, slander and lofty nonsense. It does not matter if it is spread by an unsuccessful competitors with own butter on their head or someone else. It makes no sense to fight against lies, it is a waste of time and energy which can be spend for work bringing greater benefit than embarrassing gibberish. Besides, there is another characteristic proverb: "Who cries fire ..."
1st Prospea seminar

On Tuesday, January 28, 2014 the 1st Prospea professinal seminar was held, attended by representatives of 15 large companies belonging to the leading authorities of unaddressed distribution. The theme of the seminar is topical for all, as evidenced by an interesting and fruitful discussion. A growing number of contracts, innovations, introduction of new services, improving, finding savings ... All these activities require more work and the question of expanding the existing team by another colleague. After a long search we finally found him. His creation was worth something, but otherwise our new colleague is completely unpretentious.
