Structure

The structure of our company is symmetric and transparent. The core of our company comprises a well-coordinated team with assigned roles and its members can fill in for one another. Individual parts of the core take care of activities connected with the individual groups of services and customers. One of them secures the course and processing of field inspections, another group takes care of analyses and optimizing of the distribution areas, a different group organises researches, data collection and their evaluation. The common tool for getting the source data is a national network of co-workers with various specializations and a network of supervisors who take care of the inspections and feedback.
